A start-up can be a success once it is smarter and faster than its usually wealthy, but bureaucratic larger competitors. David vs Goliath. Bureaucracy is the biggest killer. Have the right people on the bus and act. Now. That's the only way in my view. Funds will follow automatically when things become concrete and the right people are behind the initiative. Trust me, I've been there. Several times.</p>
